MASSAGE FAQ
-
Regular massage has soooo many mental and physical benefits.
I recommend 1-2 massages a month, which is what I do for myself, but I will never pressure you to do so, although I do recommend our monthly membership to help you prioritize your wellness and self-care.
-
That depends on what your focus is, along with whether or not you want a full body massage.
Any area you want avoided can and will be avoided at your request. This will go on your intake form as well as discuss it with your massage therapist.
Body & Mind Connections does not massage breast tissue or areas covered by a bikini. Massage is strictly platonic and therapeutic.
-
I will leave the room while you undress to your level of comfort. You will then lay face-down under the clean sheet and blanket provided on the table.
As I massage, I will uncover the areas I am massaging, and cover them back up when I am finished.
Private areas are NEVER massaged and ALWAYS covered.

Appointments need to start on time to guarantee the full amount of hands on massage time for a session. You are still responsible for the full session, and I want you to have all your minutes!
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. There is a restroom across from the elevator on both the first and second floor if you need it. Arriving to the treatment room 5-10 minutes before your appointment allows us time to go over your needs for your current session without cutting into your massage time. If the door to the treatment room is closed, please have a seat on one of the chairs in the hallway outside my treatment room. Each session is scheduled for a specific time, so late arrivals may not have their appointment extended. Late arrivals will still be responsible for payment for the session time that they booked, so please arrive a little early.

Both are marked as a “no-show” and will be fully charged because another client was not able to book a spot that was already taken. Hopefully this just doesn’t happen :). Some people set an alarm or reminder in their phone to help with this. My system does send out text reminders the day before, so this helps you too!

By booking an appointment, you agree to pay the full price, including cancellation/rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice.
24 hours notice is required to avoid a late cancellation/reschedule fee, which is full price for your scheduled service. Failure to give 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge to your card on file or using the credit you have for the appointment (member credit or gift certificate). If you do not have a card on file, an invoice will be sent to be paid before your next appointment. Exceptions considered for sickness, but please send a text or call sooner than later to allow for another client to have your time slot.

I want you to get the full benefit of your relaxation!

I am available for coaching via zoom world wide! If you can fit it into your schedule, there are no geographical boundaries.
However, first I provide you with a free consultation to see if we’re a fit. If we both agree that I can help you achieve your goals following this consultation, it’s a go!
Let’s do this!!!!

While I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling & Development, I am not a licensed counselor and do not diagnose or treat mental health disorders. Instead, I specialize in life coaching, focusing on personal growth, mindset shifts, and empowerment strategies to help women in midlife reclaim their identity and purpose.
I’m passionate about guiding others to take control of their mental well-being through mindset coaching because that’s what helped me break free from feeling stuck after years of rehashing problems in traditional therapy. I discovered that true transformation happens when you shift your thinking and take empowered action.
As a women’s empowerment life coach, I’m results-driven and strictly solution-focused. Together, we’ll uncover what’s holding you back and create a clear, actionable path to help you move forward with confidence, clarity, and purpose—whether you're navigating a career shift, personal reinvention, or rediscovering your authentic self.
Ready to rewrite your story? Let’s create the life you deserve.

Unless you are already in my office for a massage, all my coaching sessions are via zoom.
Anybody who wants to work with me for coaching needs to complete a (free) consult before their first appointment can be scheduled.
In the consult we will discuss what your goals are in a coaching relationship, how many sessions you would like to sign up for, and answer any other questions that you have.
-
Sessions will end at scheduled time.
If the delayed start is ever my fault, I will discuss a way to make it up to you.
-
There are no refunds given for my coaching services, but we can def reschedule!
If you need to reschedule, please do as far in advance as possible.
By booking your appointment, you agree to pay the full price including cancellation/rescheduling fees for less than 24 hours notice.
-
Payment is due in full to book your session. I take venmo, cash app, credit/debit, paypal, zelle, and apple pay.
